  • Great church with lots of good people. Great program for kids and adults. You should come join us.

The Pastor is really making this church. His sermons really fit his audience and are very valid for young families. The programs for children such as Awana and the Preschool are excellent. However I feel that the programs for adults and inclusiveness here is lacking. Maybe that's because people here move out of town a lot because they're military, but when I go to a church, I want to join a community. This church does not have that. There is no sense of community. For example, I tried out another local church and they came to my house to ask me to continue attending. With the high amount of military-related suicides that have happened in this area and domestic violence incidents, this church, being as large as it is, has a responsibility to the community to reach out to its members and it fails miserably at that.

  • Preaching, worship, family ministries, community outreach, and support to local missions are all parts of what makes Liberty Baptist an awesome church. The small groups are where members of this church really shine. The church enables and provides structure for small groups that meet on and off campus. These groups spend time together and get into God's word together. Then they get involved in various types of outreach. This big church/small groups structure really is the best of both worlds. The big church is able to offer the programs many are seeking, and the small groups provide closeness and are effective in going out to be the church in the community.
